Our returns policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. 

That’s why you have 30 days to return any unwanted items to us. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and the original packaging.

If you return your items within 30 days, we’ll process a full refund for the product back to your original payment method.

The 30 days will start from the day the items were delivered to your address. 

Or, if collected from our store, the 30 days starts from the day the items were collected.

Excludes Food and Nutrition, to help comply with Food safety, this is not returnable.

Please ensure that you return it in a way that is suitable for that product, in the same way, it was delivered, for a refund it needs to be returned in a new condition, we can not refund anything that can not be put back into stock.

Late Returns

We want to help, in some cases, we can take your items if they are returned to us a little outside of the 30 days, and then we’ll issue you with a credit note instead of a refund to your original payment method. Sale and discounted items can not be returned after 30 days. We can not take any items that are not in perfect condition, including the packaging that came with that product.

Important Suggestion:

The choice is yours, but for your protection, we strongly suggest that you use a carrier or postal service with a good tracking service, that does not have a reputation for losing or delayed deliveries, and ensure that sufficient Insurance is included if the item is lost or damaged. 

That gives YOU insurance if the item does not get delivered to us, only the sender can make claims for wrongful or non delivery.

It is not necessary to send the next Day or Special delivery, we aim to process returns within 72 hours of receiving them. ( Monday to Friday, and Holidays )

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund an item that has not been returned to us or if it is lost or delivered to the wrong address.

We use Tracked 48 as it has a good tracking system, with a very high % success on deliveries to the correct location and is a better and more cost-effective service than most. 

As the cost of returns is your responsibility, there is normally no need for you to pay extra for next-day delivery, Trackled 48 can be arranged at any Post Office or can be done online at the Royal Mail website. In some cases, returns can be collected from you with tracking and suitable insurance for less than many other companies.

Products that came with free accessories or any other item.

Returns for any reason that had a promotional or free item that was originally supplied with the product you are returning must also be returned, if that is not possible the value at the time of supply will be deducted from your refund. 

Faulty or Warranty claims:

This does not include damage, tears*, rips or wear and tear of any type, but only relates to the materials and manufacturing of the product.

*Unless it is a material fault. 

Please ensure that anything returned is clean, and fit to be handled by our team, for hygiene reasons we can't handle soiled or dirty goods 

Remember to check the pockets or pouches of anything returned before you send them to us.

Warranty lengths vary by manufacturer, please contact us rather than the manufacturer, and we will handle and liaise on your behalf, photographs clearly showing the problem are a big help in seeing what the problem is, and helps with initial conversations with manufacturers. .
