Royal Mail Strikes, at the time of writing ( 7th January 2023 ) none have been announced for January 2023, we understand that a Ballot is taking part early in January to determine the next steps that Royal Mail staff will take, but have not yet heard anything more.

When an order is complete you will receive a tracking number by email you supply when you make your order, which will have a link to the tracking location, use the tracking number provided in the same email. 
It usually takes a few hours for the tracking to become active after parcels are collected from us 
Please check your tracking information for the latest information. our team and even the Royal Mail team, only have access to the same 
tracking information you can see, 

Normal shipping procedure 
We aim to ship all orders the same day we receive them, ( Monday to Friday ) the cut-off time is 3:00 pm, however, we will pack and despatch orders received after 3:00 pm until the collection from our premises is made.

You have the choice of shipping options, which includes the option to upgrade to Tracked 24, this shipping option is given priority during strikes, and a small percentage may still be delivered on strike days, but that is not guaranteed. 
Any delays due to poor weather, Traffic or any other problems beyond our control have always been a possibility, and have been a possibility for all online companies for many years. 

Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that effect delivery times,  bad weather, traffic delays and strikes are the most common, but there may be other circumstances as well.
